COACHES INFORMATION - SPRING 2012

  1. Returning teams must make their $200 deposit by February 15th to retain their spot. Teams are only guaranteed their spot in the same night they last played in. Teams are not guaranteed to play on the same field as last season. You desire a specific field please send us a request. Night change requests are based on availability and not guaranteed. All special requests should be entered on the 'Enter Special Request' menu link in the KickballRosters.com system.We can't guarantee that we can fill every request but we will try the best we can. Please list a reason for your request and try to be as flexible as possible.
  2. New teams will be moved into available slots on a first-come, first-served basis in order of the deposit date/time. New teams should follow the instructions to create their roster. We will know several after the registration deadline who makes it into the league. We will do everything possible to fit as many teams as we can! Flexibility on nights and location will help you get in the league
  3. If you are paying with Paypal you will now need to sign into the roster system first. This will allow us to tie the payment with youy team. After you make your payment we will update the account within 48 hours to show your team being paid. If you need to change captain you can go to edit player and type the new info over the old.
  4. All team rosters, shirt sizes, and team colors must be entered into the Team Roster system at kickballrosters.com/baltimore by February 17th. This information is used for the shirt order so any changes to team counts or shirt sizes after this date must be approved by KLOB. Your roster and password are there from last season so you will just need to make changes. If an existing team has a new captain and you need the password please contact us so you can use the existing roster.You must enter the email address used in paypay into the enter payment details section in the registration system. This will allow us to tie your payment to the correct team
  5. The mandatory Coaches Meeting and T-Shirt pick-up will be the monday before the start of the season.Every team must have a representative at the meeting or your team will forfeit its first game so plan ahead. The remainder of your payment is due. Your signed waiver should be turned in at your first game.

  • Complete Roster & T-Shirt Information by 2/17/2012. If you do not complete your team t-shirt order by 2/17/2012, you will forfeit the $200 deposit.
  • Print out your team roster and waiver from the site have all your players sign. This is due at the coaches meeting
  • Regular shirt colors ---> COLORS
  • Camo shirt colors ($5 Extra Per Player)---> COLORS
